Sparks 
A Sticker for Good Behavior
When Sparkies arrive, give them a sticker to put on the front of their vests. If they act up, give them one warning. If anyone misbehaves a second time, the Sticker Snatcher (a leader) removes the clubber’s sticker. Every Sparkie who still has a sticker at the end of the night earns one item from the treasure box.

Cubbies
Cleanup Game Keeps Your
Club Room Tidy
It’s sometimes hard to get Cubbies to clean up their messes, so make a game of it called “10-Second Tidy.” When the leader says “Go,” Cubbies have 10 seconds to clean up as much as they can. They have fun, and almost everything gets put away.

Commanders
Encourage Leaders to Go the Extra Mile
Why not start the new year with a leaders’ contest? Award points (which translate to prizes) for reciting sections, wearing the uniform, calling a clubber’s parents to introduce themselves or sending a postcard. Helps leaders remain encouraged and accountable.
